The Corporate Analytics & Technology Team is seeking an industrious and motivated Summer Staff member for the 2025 summer season.
Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

Information For Applicants:
The Corporate Analytics & Technology Team is seeking an industrious and motivated Summer Staff member for the 2025 summer season.
Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Entering, manipulating and/or updating data with a computer
- Assist with evergreening end-user hardware for the IT department
- Assist IT Analyst with IT related tasks
- IT Inventory updates and barcoding
- Creating documentation and reports
- Creating training videos for technology related projects
- Assisting on other technology projects as requested
- Participating in the City’s Health & Safety Program
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year completed in a technical degree / certificate program
- Knowledgeable with computers, windows operating systems and installing software
- Comfortable in M365 Environment
- Comfortable creating documentation
- Customer Service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Communicator and comfortable presenting information
- Work standard hours but be open to flexible work days (35 hours per week)
- Work in all weather conditions
- Lift heavy equipment and materials up to 23 kilograms (50 lbs.)
- Provide a clear Criminal Record Check
- Communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Multi-task and prioritize the workload efficiently with minimal supervision
- Adhere to all safety standards and promote Beaumont’s health and safety program
- Hourly rate $ 23.05
- Up to 35-hours per week
- Vacation Pay
- Term length is anticipated to be from May 5 to August 22, 2025 (may be subject to change)
- Membership to the Beaumont Sport and Recreation Centre
