We are looking for a strategic, solutions-focused, and adaptable leader to take on the role of ERP Project Lead. In this position, you will guide the planning and implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with organizational priorities. This role requires advanced project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and change management expertise to champion success across departments.
What YOU’RE Responsible for:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of the ERP implementation project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the implementation vendor’s project manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Maintain engagement with project stakeholders and ensure clear communication of expectations and progress.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
- Guide process design, data migration, system integrations, testing, and employee training.
- Ensure successful change management practices to drive adoption and project success.
- Develop project reports, dashboards, and communication materials to keep stakeholders informed.
- Adhere to legislative regulations, safety directives, and respectful workplace standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in ERP project management.
- Experience leading ERP projects as a project manager.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner).
- PMP, Scrum Master, or PMI certification is considered an asset.
- Strong change management experience (Change Management certification preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- A 12-Month Term position with a salary range of $ 93,857.40 - $ 122,467.80 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
